★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are also behaved same. They have asked 7800 for a new connection and when I have informed about my stove they asked me to submit the bills and they can deduct the amount. I am unable to understand on what base they are charging the price, it should be always the interest of the customer of what to buy and what not to. Moreover how can they decide based of my bills will they deduct all 7800 if I do have a costly stove.??? This is nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience. The staff was good and cooperative. Unlike others they did not force us into buying a gas stove from them. They simply asked for the gas we had and if we had any bill for it. As soon as they saw that the gas we have is of a good company, they accepted the application.
we submitted the application as per the rules and are now waiting for our application to be accepted.
No extra talks, nothing. Simple and straightforward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ >>>>It's easy to find this place but there's no parking facility except roadside parking at your own risk. >>>The cabin is also quite small where only two customers can sit on the small sofa at a time. The seating arrangement of staff is too cramped and without proper social distancing, though they're keeping sanitizer bottles on their desk. >>> It is operated by 4 women who are NOT quite customer-friendly . So be ready to be confused or find out the way entirely on your own. >>The owner, Shrenikbhai Shah, a Jaina fellow, wasn't present last time. >>> I need to transfer the customer name and the sincere most lady who sits in front of the entrance handed over some forms in English. Didn't tell me why and how to fill in them. I just wonder what will happen to poorly literate people here. >>> I filled in them and returned them in my next visit. They said, we will call you from the agency.
>>>> So, another, third visit, for simple transferring name. But they called me as they had said and finished up the work when I reached thee spot.
>>>>The owner, Shrenikbhai, was also present when I visited the third time, overlooking the chief lady's work. He even politely answered my questions which actually the chief lady should have answered. >>>Also, I had to pay rs. 790/- as the transfer charges. When I read the receipt, it shows 300/- for inspection, so I inquired the lady sitting next to the Chief lady, and she said it's printed by mistake. There's no inspection charges. It's stamp duty charges. <<<<

Cons :-
- More time taking Process by staffs
- they will definitely ask you to come again ( Ever green response server down)
- Unwanted charges
- They will not guide you for not buying unnecessary things like gas stove lighter.
- This company has poor knowledgeable staffs who are not enough capable to guide for installation.
Go for the other Indane branch instead of this. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience was not too bad ; I went to get new connection and there are 3 ladies working and these all not professionally trained to deal with the customers as i have been working for care industry. It seems the female employees only for handle with care male customers.
Moreover, if you can talk these ladies in very polite and to give a government officer feeling ... They would help you in very legitimate way and your issue will be resolved before turnaround time.
I am writing my personal experience ; I get connection in 2 days, never delay a single delivery and easily changed address.
Thank you Shilp Indane.
You've missed 2 star ; Because you have not trained your employees on professional level. After that, they are doing their best.

mad and funny people with very low IQ.
they think that doing a small updates in personal information is a big task.
nowadays bank home branch transfer is done in second.... hahahaha
