β β β β β Very worst aadhar service kendre. I had visited to update my aadhar details 3 months before, but still today my aadhar isn't updated.I visited the bank a month before, to know the problem, the security didn't allowed to enter giving me excuse.

β β β β β As usual very bad service from HDFC. As per their portal for debit card reissuance there wont be any charges if card is damaged and 200+taxes in case card is lost. I raised request for my damaged card still they charged me Rs.236. When connected with customer care very bad response. Finally closing my salary account from this bank.

A concept of Relationship Manager is not at all helpful. They are there for getting additional business from clients; not for helping clients when needed.

β β β β β Worst service, I applied for current account before 1 month. 10000 rupees cheque also clear in dumy account before 8 dayes. but till now they didnt give me my account number.

One of the worst bank ever came across.
Here the banker themselve have authority to acess the client bank statement.
The bank staff himself ask to get credit card and swipe for his own self how bankcrupt..
Concern credit. Card person is not atall coperative

β β β β β The worst banking experience I have had. Had no communication that there were problems with my kyc on account opening. As a result I wasnβt able to access my salary for more than a week. After that also for some unknown reason they have blocked my account and again not communicated. Itβs been 2 weeks and I still donβt have access to my own funds.
