★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst branch for loan process please do not initiate for the loan process with these people they always give false commitments also they will charge you for the loan process fees and will not do anything on time and will say that the fees is non refundable , worst staff Mr. Pradip he will call you until you people dont initiate the process once you pay the amount he will block you or will not receive the call , they also have worst customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the horrific problems faced in this branch is attitude. The whole branch atmosphere is unbelievably untowards the customer. I Hv a joint account of my wife with corporate salary and I am considering closing it and moving it due to the serious lack of sincerity in the serving it's genuine customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank staff is co-opeartive and tellers are quick in response to cash and cheque deposit. Customer support representative are also help with w.r.t POS Machine. Just one suggestion proper organising as staff are hay-wai here are there.
