★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, had been kept on waiting for almost 1.30 hrs for attending my simple issue. Tentative time should be informed at the time of giving token. Not expected from a renoved brand like HDFC. One star is more for this type of service. Improvement is the need of the hour, pl do the same , IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS
Ps: VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, HDFC LIFE, VERY VERY POOR.

If you have plenty of time and want to sit back and relax, please visit this branch. Just that don’t expect your work to be done or even answers to your queries.
The office staff doesn’t value your age, profession or time.
So when you visit be prepared to spend your half day for a 5 min job. Happy Camping at the HDFC Life!

At times arrogant behaviour as well.
Please do not invest a single penny in HDFC Life.
LIC is much better amf a safe option.
HDFC life staff will speak with u very sweetly at the time of buying the policy, once u pay the money then u ll see there true behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On safety measures at the entrance was ok. But extremely slow service. Nearly half an hour taken for every person. Lost so much of valuable time for a work of five minutes.
Improvement necessary.
Red cross marks are put on the chairs to keep physical distance still people were sitting on those chairs and no one told them to get up. It is very dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here with a query. They follow a strict token system with social distancing sitting arrangement. All covid preventive protocols followed. There are 4 sections of customer query so the process is smooth.
They take 40 tokens a day.
The staff is very cooperative and give valuable time to customer to understand the case and help to resolve.
The only problem i faced is with parking as there is no space to do it nearby.
