S	Salman Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This fort belonged to our ancestor Hetam Khan and his sons. All of them except one was killed when they were attacked by an army disguised as a marriage party. He settled in a village in Ghazipur district nearby. The fort is in a dilapidated condition and the villagers use it as a grazing ground and for playing cricket. Although this fort is an ASI protected monument, no guard was present when we visited it in October 2021. ASI has made provisions for a guard room, a genset and even a public toilet but none of them were functional.

There's a myth among the villagers that a whole bunch of people who came to attend a wedding went missing from this fort and were never found that's why the fort is also called "Bhulayyin fort", means a maze or something like like that. Some people also say that the fort is haunted and is home to demons and ghosts and that is why the villagers don't rom around the fort during the night.
