★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit late, but wish to thank the service of HI Flying who, on one request via a telephone call in mid-Dec last year, arranged for the transfer of a friend's brother based in Guangzhou to be transported by ground ambulance to Hong Kong and arranged within a period of 48 hours a flight with a stretcher from Hong Kong to New Delhi in India. The staff was courteous, polite and very efficient. The complete team of HI Flying is experienced and it seems they have been doing it for many years.

He was deeply jaundiced.
He needed a Liver transplant.
We talked to Hi Flying - Air Ambulance team.
They had contacts in Singapore and arranged all admissions at Elizabeth hospital.
WE travelled to Singapore. The treatment was done in time.
He is fine now.

My friend's mother was sick in SGH and was critical on a ventilator. Their insurance was running out. I was recommended the services of HI Flying by one of the hospitals in Mumbai.
They coordinated a quick transfer on an Air Ambulance flight for the patient. They did it efficiently and in an affordable manner.

We felt safe during the journey. The medical team of a doctor and nurse looked confident and experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother who was a diabetic and was on pain medications with history of cancer in the past was stuck in North India with the sudden announcement of a lockdown. Her medications ran out.We contacted HI Flying on a recommendation by an air ambulance company back home in the USA. They manage to establish contact with her. Send her a nurse. Arranged medications including fentanyl patches. Coordinated with the embassy. Reassured us that she will be transported safely once the repatriation flights start.They made arrangements on the first repatriation flight back to New Jersey with a doctor escort who carried with him all the best equipment which was reassuring. Oxygen was made available on flight but she did not need it.They also arranged ambulance for her both in India and at New York.They did a good job.Happy to be referred to you.
