★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad place and behavior for a customer. booked room for a weekend in advance and received booking confirmation. at the last moment 1 day before check-in they cancelled it saying their friends have made last minute plans for a stay their place so cancelling it. this is very stupid & absurd, would suggest not to stay at their place and look better place in Lansdowne
