We booked a cab for our uttarakhand tour from hire me car, from 18th may to 22nd may 2019. I have a list of issues that we have faced during those 5 days. DRIVER WE GOT WAS A BIG TIME LIER. 1) Cab got changed.. received confirmation of ertiga... got scorpio 2) Driver got changed on the very first day. Earlier Mr. Punit Shah and later it was Mr. Indra. 3) The replaced driver was a big time lier. He lied to us on every single small points. No one will visit same place again and again. He should have give us right information about places and its distance. He denied to take us to locations which we wanted to go.. he said yeh aapke package me nhi h. I DID NOT BOOK ANY PACKAGE FORM HIRE ME CAR.. I BOOKED A CAB FOR 5 DAYS FOR WHOLE DAY. I have pid money for whold damn day. 4) For travelling to a place which was 4 kms away only he told us to give extra kharcha pani. we didnt give him. 5) He did not stop for washroom while we were travelling from ranikhet to jim corbett national park. I mean... for washroom you can not stop!!!!!! such a ridiculous person he was. 6) Upon reaching jim corbett.. i called to gaurav (hire me car person) from hire me car and shared my issues with him. So rest of the whole day was fine. but we were frustrated from starting and at the end because of that washroom issue. 7) Next day and last day also... he denied to take us to few places... no one picked my calls from hire me car... neither they called back. So we reached ramnagar by 5pm. As it was the drop location for cab 8) We booked a small hotel for our 4 hours stay as our train was at 10pm. I had to pay remaining 6500/- to cab driver. As i was fully tired and didnt know places in ramnagar.. i told driver to take me at near by ATM so that i can pay you. He denied saying that... ab main kaha gadi modunga.. yahi pas me hoga aap chale jao etc etc.. i requested him then he got agree to come with me. (this was on 22nd may) I dont know why i requested him.. i paid him for entire day of 22nd may.... even i should not have released him before our train... he should have dropped us to railway station at 9:30 pm. I have paid extra 100/- for taxi for reaching railway station from our hotel at ramnagar. IT WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DRIVER MR. INDRA. Two of our known people our also travelling in june first and second week respectively. I will not recommend them for hire me car.

Fake car hire service. Still owe my refund of advance of two cars worth 2500. During the day of the service no one picked up. They eventually picked up and offered me refund which also never came. Now, they dont even pick up. Stay away!

Used Hire me car service from Ludhiana-Karnal-Delhi . The pickup was before scheduled time , both the drivers were really polite and cars were also well maintained. The only problem i found was in the customer care department of hire me car who were at times rude in their behavior. All in all a good experience.

I booked a car for 2 dham yatra from delhi. I traveled with my parents. My experience was good with customer care and he was mostly available to help but they are not prepared fully to give services in other states like uttarakhand. first day when we left delhi, i got clean car but damaged, door of the car was not able to lock from inside. Second day we got to know from the driver that he need Green card for kedarnath trip So we cant go today. We spend 6 hours to settle down this chaos in Rishikesh (on the roads) because we can not miss the day, hotels were already planned accordingly. Customer care tried to solve the problem with extra money (2000 inr), because he had to book some local cab driver for my trip. But i denied for any extra money and after some calls he had to agree. The best part of my trip was i got a well trained and polite local driver for my trip from haridwar-kedarnath-badrinath-haridwar). Pros: Good customer care connectivity, and they will try to help you little. Cons: They are not expert of the places. Don't depend on driver. -They will not pick your call when needed. P.S. : Always book a cab with local tour guide and driver. They will know the requirements of the trip and roads as well.

I was really amazed at the packages offered by this company; they are the lowest in cost as compared to the packages of the other counterparts which I consulted. The plus point is that the customer service is highly efficient, intelligent, polite and extremely patient. Just one minor issue: The drivers need to be trained to be more professional. I had booked two cabs out of which one driver was really unprofessional as he kept talking on his phone the whole way and kept stalling. Other than that, the service was totally fabulous. Got their number on my speed dial now.

I hired a car from them for Manali Dharamshala from Delhi, the service provided by the executive Mr Gaurav was awesome right from the star to the end he provided good support and service. The car was well serviced in very good condition. We had issues with the driver which Mr Gaurav personally took up on priority and concluded it. I would recommend.

On top of that, interacting with them is very easy. All I had to do was call up their representative Vicky Tyagi directly on his own mobile number…no hassle of going through general helpline numbers and dealing with a new agent every time you call. Vicky was so prompt and responsive that making and altering bookings became very easy for me. I will strongly recommend their services. Great job!

I and my aunt recently used the service. I will highly recommend hire me car. pros: * The service was highly professional * Cab came at right time. * Easy to contact. * The receipt was comprehensive and price was reasonable * The car came was as described, clean and in good condition. Con: * The drivers need to be little more trained. The car driver drove really well but toward the end of the journey he tried to get more money from us. The issue was readily resolved by the hire me car. Over all Great service !
