★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought sofa fabric & dining chair fabric. Fabric delivery delayed. Their worker was the lowest standard. I complained to owner regarding the poor work quality but I guess they cared more about the fact that I let their labour buy foam from outside. I did agree that I allowed him to purchase it from outside, but that’s also because their own worker offered me the same foam for cheaper outside where I wouldn’t have to pay gst.
Iam really sad I’ve to live with a bed headboard and dining chairs that look like rubbish now. And the labour charges are extravagant. Not to mention gst on labour charge and miscellaneous stuff like nails n raw materials used too.
₹2000 labour charge for bed headboard.
₹400/seat for dining chair.
₹700/seat for chair with backrest.
₹2000 miscellaneous.
All the above with 5% gst on each.
Foam charge - 3inch mattress ₹3500, 2inch foam ₹1600, 1inch foam ₹1100.
The worker used the bed foaming in dining chairs and the one for dining chairs on bed.
I had sleepless nights after paying the entire amount & only next day realised the worker cheated me & overcharged on foam, which I handled with worker separately (as company said they couldn’t help since I allowed purchase from outside. I told them their worker had made that offer to me much before work started. Who would deny a cheaper bet, for same stuff).
Informed the owner about it. Owners were cordial. But damage is done. Sometimes you go to a renowned store thinking even if they charge a bit extra, your work will be done properly & you’ll have peace of mind.
I learnt the lesson hard way. There are no guarantees. And it can never be undone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Govt should take some kinda action on these kinda robbers. I mean their pricing is insane. I know they have the variety but that doesn't mean one need to pay 5-6 times the price of product. A very average looking 2 piece plastic dry fruit set was marked at 2200rs/-. Can imagine buying a plastic bowl set for 2000+..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place will offer you a variety of options when it comes to choosing fabric for Curtains, Sofa Sets and other home interiors and they also provide tailoring services only when the fabric is procured by them.
However, the major turn off is their customer experience. The vibe turned me off completely, while their sales staff is good. The entire billing process is a pain, delivery experience and regular intimation on the progress is not something worth appreciating.

The fabric was a little too expensive considering it was a very basic choice… but what angered me is their service and the time that they waste with false promises.
Even after I got my blinds …it was not even cut to the right size….in the pictures below …you will see how Shoddy the work is and how terrible the measurements are!
Their blinds chap “Ramesh” was a huge disappointment
He kept arriving late every time even for measurements. They always have some excuse to back them selves up.
I wouldn’t suggest this place for anything…it’s too expensive and the work isn’t what you paid for! By the way we paid 15,0000 (fifteen thousand ) for what you are about to see below in the pictures.
This was supposed to be a “black out” …that means no sun was to enter my room!
You can see the clearly shining through and they took a 1000 res advance for the fabric…like I said they care about money more and less about service ….even the staff here are unhelpful and just stare…
