This is a holy place for people irrespective of all the religions. This is a holy mosque built by Muhammad Mohsin and later was completed by his followers after his demise. This place has a beautiful architectural value due to its intricate design on wall and there is a long clock tower at the entrance. Scriptures are engraved from the holy Quran on the wall of the shrine. There is an age old sun clock still at its glory and amaze. It needs almost 152 steps to reach the top. The clock bell rings at different times which is not very usual like 4.20pm., 4.35pm. etc. Moreover the calm and serene ambience will let your mind rest in pleasant charm.

I love to visit heritage sites, so it’s full fill my expectation. River side view is as usual so beautiful. Have that smell of old times! less crowded too. Sun clock isn’t understandable to everyone, luckily I understood. But I was totally alone while climbing the steps of clock tower, there is different step way for gents and ladies. I was feeling like a part of horror movie, literally was chanting while climbing. They only charged 10/- rupees per person, have cheap parking area too. it’s a cheap and beautiful place to visit. We had to cross the river , that was too enjoyable for me. All over experience was great, not at all disappointing.

A heritage place situated on the banks of River Ganges. Reminds of the stalwart architectures of bygone days. A beautiful courtyard which has a mini pool with fountain in the middle. Good place for spending a day which can be as well accompanied by the fresh air while sitting by the banks of the river. Also, boat ride is available if you want a tour through the river. Chargeable at no fixed rates and negotiable. Do visit to embrace history and harmony at the same time.
