★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Avanti, it's a old hotel good staff good. But the food policy is like u ordered food they purchase from outside and charge RS.20 for per parcel.
exp if you ordered 2 rotis, 1 papad, 1 dal, rice and veggies and your totle parcel count is 5 then they charge 5*20= 100 for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are not worth according to the pricing.. only advantage is that it is very near to swargate bus stand. The service is very poor.. Hot water facility is just for name sake.. you need to wait for half an hr to even get one bucket of moderate water.. forget about hot water.. the bathrooms are really dirty and totally outdated.. I doubt if they clean it even once a week.. i am giving an additional star because the bedsheet and pillow cover was clean.. please note there is no lift in this hotel.. also you need to fill out all the details in the invoice by yourself.. there will be no help provided... Also they expect you to pay full payment in advance and also deposit money which will be returned later... NOT FOR FAMILY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly people, constantly from years serving customers repitedly.. we like to come here and stay. Very simple but clean and feel homely.. they are maintained and upgrade things with the time .owner personally look all relevant things.more then average and visible.
