Bad experience . They delivered my gas to some one else and they made me to go their office and multiple follow ups for this. Time waste .

I've booked gas on 23 Oct (booking no. 510243) Got an SMS on 28 Oct mentioning that it was delivered on 26 Oct. However it was not delivered. Every day i was calling multiple numbers provided in the book and in the website and Google. No one was answering my call. I waited until 1st Nov. At 11.45 pm, I've raised a complaint on HP portal. On 2nd morning the delivery person came and delivered. He asked why did we complain to HP. I asked him to provide bill. He said he forgot. I told him that I need the bill to give as proof of address. He said that he will give it the next day. I called him the next day (3rd Nov). He told that he forgot and definitely will give me the next day. I again called him on 4th Nov. He said that it's a holiday and also the bill is missing. Then he asked me to book another one so that he can give me the new bill. Pathetic service. No one answers the call and irresponsible delivery person. Altogether very poor service. You may call me on my mobile for more clarification

There response to deliveries are quick and good. They attend calls and staff is good if you compare with other gas agencies in Bangalore. They don’t entertain new connections since they already have many customers. But while transferring from agency to another agency the staff will cut some charges.That’s the only bad experience I faced with this gas agency.

Time to get a new connection was short and whole experience with the staffs is good. They answered all our queries patiently and reachable on phone.

Higly friendly female staff while male staff seems to be little strict. She guided me in getting documents cleared. Address was initially entered incorrect, later it was immediately corrected over phone. But cyclinder delivery is taking time a lot.

1. It took one week and multiple phone calls to get the installation 2. Since I had my own stove, they forced to buy a small pan. Which is Rs. 800/-. They refuse to give receipt for the same. 3. There is a document processing charges of unreasonable Rs. 600/-. I don't remember paying it in HSR - Maruthi gas
