★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and reasonable ISP. Shiv Nagar area is also covered by them where no one else is reaching. My suggestion try it once for sure. Staff is also good with dealing with us.

Worst internet services.
If connectivity is on, its very good when it comes to speed. The time connectivity goes off, they show their true colors. No matter how many calls you make, how many tickets you open, they do not bother. They just keep on closing the tickets on your behalf.
They apologize everyday, other than that they have nothing to say and connection keeps going off every alternate day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic speed, not even giving half of the promised speed! Everytime there teachnical support guy comes does a speed test on his own desired site and then says this is the best we can do, second thing is they don't even pick up calls. Calling for 5 minutes straight to get something i am paying for is pathetic,the wifi automatically stops functioning at evening and then they say they will send the customer care service in the morning, till then how can i even wait when everything is online,jobs tutions everything it's not even night time and they can't even send a service person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go with this brand. Their team is unprofessional, arrogant, and work with negative attitude specially in Rohtak. My internet is not working and frequently disconnection is main problem which they don't resolve. Their technician are unprofessional and they don't know how to behave and speak at customer location. They came at my location and started shouting.
I connected with their customer care and shared my concern. They shared wrong mail id and even they didn't register the complaint regarding the behave of their technicians. This brand does not have any customer grievance handling department. It's better to consider other service provider and take the service of directly Airtel or Jio. Atleast they value their brand not like IAXN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider in Greenfields area..every now and then there netword goes offline...after multiple complaints situation us same....i wont recommend this to anyone...save your money from these scammers who cannot provide good service....Helpdesk is like hell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made biggest mistake of my life that I approached IAXN for broadband connection in my new home in Faridabad. From last 2 days Pankaj Thakur is making wrong commitments and moreover he is not taking up the calls. Once he picked up the call and disconnected it again after realising it's my call. I have paid them and stuck. I will make sure sure no one from my contact ever use the IAXN broadband.
