★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bank ever! They are unresponsive and arrogant. Not at all helpful.
Its been 5 months i have applied for the List of documents letter as i have to get away from this bank, still they are not able to provide the document.
Its total harassment of the customers who are associated with IDFC and even with those who want to get out.
They do not have internet banking service, nor can they provide you with interest certificates needed for yearly audit, if you ask them twice, they just stop replying, and their whatsapp communication system is totally messed up!
In emergencies too you have to just keep calling them and they wont ever answer, and if you visit their loan office, they would just waste your time and call you back later!
Plus IDFC has the highest interest rates as compared to other banks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is very pathetic service if there is more crowd then system was not working. After 3.30 pm crowd less system was working. Every time he was give fake comments and told i will not say anything like that this type was Staff.

I recommend every 1 , please do not ever make any relation with IDFC bank ...
They do not value the association of the customer... They just value money and cheap and mean talks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMLY POOR SHOW BY IDFC TO CLOSE A LOAN.THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHERE THE MONEY GOES. THEY TAKE MORE THAN 10 WORKING DAYS AFTER RECEIVENING THE PAYMENT EVEN TO CHANGE THE STATUS FROM ACTIVE TO CLOSED.
THIS IS WORSE THAN ANY NANTIONALISED BANK
