★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have review for IIFL as overall. They are a big fraud company whose brokers are advised to give false information to customers and then don't answer them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to take an house loan, they give only fake promises, due to IIFL application error my bank rejected EMI option, and they charged fine in the loan amount and IIFL never bothered to inform the customer the same.
Only when the payment yearly report, I see a huge amount is charged as penalty and another amount as interest on penalty.
It is been 2 years since I took a house loan and EMI is still not started and they charge 30,000 only as penal charges (though I tranfer the amount manually to them, this was suggested for 2 months, but now it's been 24months) and my bank confirmed in the application form IIFL submitted was rejected due to SPELLING mistake in the customers name.
This proves their integrity and commitment towards customer. There is no count on the emails I sent to the customer relationship and manger, not even 1 response till day.
Very worst experience with IIFL
IIFL should not even be an option for any loan seekers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never ever seen such fraud banking system like this ever. Wish there would have been something below than 1 star.bad customer care service, misplace the agreement docs, charge unnecessary ammount..i am Struggling to get back original documents for past six months
Even after closing all dues
None of the phone numbers are reachable..The people you talk to are extremely rude . Worst worst service.. not only me you ask anyone who has taken loan from them , Will have a same view...
