Im going to keep this short and simple. This dealership was the worst experience from all Hyundai dealership out there.
Pathetic service.
The sales rep there Mr. SUMIT, tried to falsely come up with problems with the car and when i pointed that out , he got very aggressive. started to ABUSE, and threatened to damage my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I've been a long time die hard fan of the Hyundai Group and its offerings in India, the only thing that can spoil the whole experience is the usually the employees who mistreat the customer. Unfortunately for me, I was at mercy of a similar situation at this particular dealership, where one Mr. Sumit (Sales Team Head) was far from being helpful and supportive to a customer like me. I hope someone looks into this issue so that others customers don't end up in the same situation. Very sad state of affairs for a reputed brand when customers are being treated like livestock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Staff behaviour, Specially Abhishek and Gurfan at imperial Hyundai.
During the enquiry they will behave like decent people but if you deny their call after u tell them that u have booked your car from somewhere else then also they will call you and bother you.The way they talk to customer is such like they own the place or the company . These guys don't even have the manner to talk to customer and they talk about aukaat and income of the customer as if they are some goons.
I didn't had the option to give negative rating as the least rating one can give is one star.
These guy at the initial told that it will take 1.5 months for delivery of the preferred choice and now they frequently call and annoy and say that they can deliver car in 2 to 3 days .And then also they want to have fun with you and ask you frequently wheter you got your delivery or not from other location.

. Best part is - Service Centre is in the Showroom itself.
. But the mechanical department and also the sales department seems lethargic.
. Cars are in stock except Creta and Venue.
. Staff's are well behaved.
. Service is also good.
