★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got 2 chimneys and asked for installation. I got a call for installation after a week and they never came. Then I installed it my self. And when I put it on the motor started making lot of noise. No answer the call for help or complaints. First purchase from this company and this is the experience in less then a month of buying the chimneys I have to buy another chimneys. If I had an option I would rate it 0 instead of one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy anything from Inalsa. The mixer grinder set I bought went bad in 3 months and their service technician does not take your service request seriously. I have been following up since a week and he keeps on asking me what location inspite of me sending it multiple times. Worst service ever

One of the worst Brands I have ever encountered. I had bought Inox 1000 plus (trust me it was the biggest mistake I had done) by trusting that it is a good brand (it was a mistake worst worst brand ever will tell u why).
The service center execautives has only diverted by request and they have never helped me by sending any technician.
I had raised a service request from their website multiple times, it is never assigned to any technician/engineer.
If u have the patience to move them to CONSUMER COURt then only buy from Inalsa.
Search Other websites it is a case with Multiple Customer (not just me) and they NEVER REPLACE YOUR PRODUCT EVEN IF IT IS IN WARRENTY.
I had wasted Rs.10,000/- on a Highly UNRELIABLE, UNWORTHY BRAND.
Please Don't do that mistake.
Product: Pathetic (stropped working after 1.5 months)
Service: EVEN MORE Pathetic (they don't care about your issue)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality is low standard. Avoid it and opt for better reputed brand. The huge claims on warranty is not applicable on plastic components even if its a manufacturing defect. As you see in the images, the lid is falling apart at the joint. This is in just 10 months of use and company wants me pay ₹300 for a replacement. I wouldn't recommend nor consider Inalsa products in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy product of Inalsa, it's after sales department is careless and full of incompetent persons it's product I purchase stopped working within 10 days of delivery. I am calling them for last one month still proper answer . It is a cheater company. If you don't want to be cheated like me then buy any other company which provides good service. Inalsa if you are reading this please rename your company "bhagarwala" home appliances

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls dont buy the Product from Inalsa, I had Purchase the product a Month back , We hardly use the product for single time, Later on Product is not working, since last 20 days I am following with customer service to repair the product, I did not get any service from them,
Just waste of Money, Shame on company Manufacture and their service team who did not bother to give post services, They have given warranty for 1 year,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst product never buy any inalsa product, my food processor got repaired for 6 times including one paid service for body as they say even of body os not physically damaged and internal screw get loose you need to pay for whole product body also they take 20days for service replacement of parts
