Recommend others also to have a look at it while you consider buying a apartment at Whitefield locality, Ashrita will be a good choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is located at a vantage point and features offered with the project are also very nice. Did visit the site recently, I am sharing this review after experiencing it personally. I like the amenities and offerings of the project, more than me my family is liking the apartment because of the kids play area, swimming pool and many other amenities. At this price point this is something I couldn't find it with other projects nearby for sure. As I could see that the construction is going on in full pace, I was told that they will begin to handover apartments from May 2021 onwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place and very good project to invest also. Apartments are looking very good, all luxury amenities are also loaded with the project. Pricing is the most attractive factor in this project and they are also capitalising it as USP of the project, it is true indeed. Location and surroundings are also very good for families and kids.
Overall, good apartment project for first time buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building look wise and construction quality wise ISR is good. But be careful regarding the OC. He ran away from ISR Sukriti without getting the OC. Get it properly documented in your sale deed. Otherwise you will repent

It has been promised to all the position will be in March, but till now they did not give any date for the position as well as the construction is really not happening as it should be. No one is responding from the Head office and providing any details. This is really not acceptable which the management is doing, And Still they are asking to cooperate, don't know HOW?...

Apartment is good and price is affordable
But it will be good if work delays can be avoided. And handover occupancy by march with aminities
