I liked their each dishes. Very Hygienic foods they surve and also they use less amount of Oil and spices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place with a lot of memories..... basically this place is situated in the middle of mg road and Girish Park... besides normal people,travellers many students of pg (like me) eat food their regularly....
One of the best pice hotel of KOLKATA....... they don't provide chicken and egg....they serve 2-3 types of bhaji, Dal, a variety of fishes, mutton (excluding Thursday),chutney etc....
Little bit unhygienic but the taste and quality of food beat this easily...
Most recommended place for authentic Bengali food....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jagatmata Bhojanalaya is a 150+ years old Bengali-Odia pice hotel (eatery) located at Kalisah Bose St, in North Kolkata that is still run by the members of the founder’s family.
This place serves the food in traditional kasar thalis and even on banana leaves if asked for. You can also sit on the floor and enjoy your meal in a traditional way. This place offers very tasty food at pocket friendly price. Varieties of fish curry are available here. This hotel is also famous for its mutton curry which is available from 1.00pm.

They serve in traditional way u cN sit down on floor and eat in banana leaf and table seating also available and bronze thaali u can also opt instead of kola pata.
Fish is special like Rohu, katla, parsey, pabda and hilsa, chingri is also very Tasty & try chatni aamer aar tamator er

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great pocket friendly place pice hotel situated at the heart of Kolkata. The food quality and quantity is satisfactorily nice provided the very reasonable pocket pinch. Still now heritage is the best thing one must enjoy visiting this 100+ hotel. Sitting in floor one can enjoy the same food, that provides a completely different feel than the other pice hotels. Price is very reasonable. A basic meal with fish curry(Rui or Katla) may be around 200/-. The basic suggestion would be to surely go with some kind of fish in this hotel.
