1. Overall service was very satisfying
2. Docter nurse and all sisters are very decent
3. Hospital management always takes feedback about the service and it was not less than any 4 star hotel
4. Rooms are very good
5. Charges are also very clear and decent
6. We had surgery from Dr Girish Bapat sir, he is best in the city for surgery very decent and good human being.
7. I never feel been looted there, never experienced such a good environment , staff , charges evrything went soo good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is overall good, Doctors are even good , the 2 star rating is because of billing and admission desk. Even if you have 10L Mediclaim cover they will ask you for 40000/- deposit just for a private room admission. If you don’t have money they will simply deny the admission. They take money before the admission and even after your final approval and discharge they will take a week to give your own money back, that too for a partial refund and for final refund they will take another month until your claim is fully settled; this is pathetic and unfair practice for patients .
