★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust them. They deceive their customer. I booked(paytm) my journey from udaipur to jaisalmer for night journey. When I arrived at schedule time 8 pm But to my amazement they did not have any bus on that route. They provided me bus for jodhpur which was 2:30 hours late. They changed the bus from jodhpur as I was sleeping. And changed to Ac bus where I have to pay again. Very very bad experience. Very Very bad experience. Always have a look at rating before booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont book this travels.. I booked it with the confusion of Parshawanath travels which is different and Jain Parshwanath is different. We booked 5 ac sleeper seats from Udaipur to Jaisalmer and after charging 1500 per seat they gave me really pathetic bus which was from Chaudhury. It was winter and wind was coming inside cabin from top and bottom of the seat.
They told me that the bus is new which was correct but not technically satisfying the purpose of the ac bus as outside wind was coming inside.
Raju and few other people sitting on the other side of the counter are performing marvelously in looting and fooling the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked from jaipur to udaipur bus for my friend , at the last moment they changed the bus and told us that our bus is not working so we are shifting you to other bus , in the other bus they gave last seat though I booked 2nd seat , it was not at all comfortable due to rush driving , i will not recommend this bus to anyone, same happend earlier also with my other friend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They changed my seat without my prior knowledge and pretended, this was my original seat. Also expect no cushions, no pillows or no blankets. Very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, I booked by seeing some good reviews on red bus. But since it has not much passengers. So they decide to get put all the workers which are working near buy shop to let them use the service for very feasible rates. Totally a scam. Ruined whole travelling experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus left us coz they didn't even come to our stop. It came back after 5-6 calls. Driver is not letting us keep our luggage in the desired compartment (boot) as they are carrying some sacks in there without their owners travelling onboard (probably illegal stuff). Overall, a horrible boarding experience.
