β β β β β Economical and pollution free place. It center of Anekal and Attibele. For children education this is good place since 10 to 12 schools buses come here. Affordable apartment for 1 and two bhk.

β β β β β Worst appartment not much facilites like party hall, for amphitheater also they charges saying cleaning fee...The maintance charge is approx 2000 in which u will get only security water and lift..never seen such appartment

β β β β β It has all the amenities, 24hrs water, 24 hrs security, all daily needs in the same community, CCTV, Temple, Garden, Play area, Beautiful landscapes etc. Fresh air & no pollution are the advantages. Many industries are coming up... TVS training center is 1 min away & Plannes Amazon warehouses are 2 to 3 mins away. Wide roads that will expand further and Metro connectivity during phase 4 are the benefits and these will increase the property prices significantly

β β β β β Admin is very clever. Initially the URL was for Phase 2. As they get number of negative reviews and wanted to sell the common areas as semi-covered parking, then they changed the name to Phase 1.
Very clever admin.
One of the worst builder as they do not resolve existing issues. Now they say we do not have money to maintain the common area. The maintenance amount is paid from my side still we are told you will face the issues like not switching on the street lights, not clearing garbage also.
Unethically they are selling open space (which were never told to buyers and selling just to make money, purely unethical business they are doing).This is very straight forward review what is faced by me.

β β β β β It is a very good residential complex with lots of greenery around. A peaceful area to live in. The rentals are quite cheap considering the location of the property. However, the size of the apartment is very small. Suitable for a small family with less belongings...

β β β β β as it's located very deep outside from city & surrounded with just farm lands,,, also it's not surrounded with houses or any residents nearby,,, i just lived in this apartment for 3-months just because it's budget friendly but the apartment maintenance people are very rude in handling the tenants & thinking that it's a premium apartment,,, it's not worth it
if you go outside after sunset it will be very deep dark & no transport facility in there to connect any city,,, overall worst place to live & i hated the place because of their behaviour,,,

β β β β β Phase 1 apartments are 1bhk flats with very less to offer. But considering the fact that they were being sold for 5 lac each it was value for money. The place has park and well maintained roads. Each building is four storied and doesn't have lift.
The place is also not accessible for wheelchairs.
