Communicating with the Independent Directors

If you are selected in Genpact for any profile then you have to visit here for onboarding process or joining process which takes 5-6 hours. You should have all the xerox copies and original documents including academic, government id proof, relieving letter from last employer, experience letter, passport size photograph, Bank details etc. They offer you to open or update your bank account in HDFC bank, Axis Bank and ICICI Bank only. If you already account in these three banks then you can update your account for salary.
