★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is harsh to say people Like Bharati Bharat (Meerut ) from the Smart school company is degrading the company who consider themselves to be well equipped with the sales team but is an egoistic and unprofessional person. He considers himself to be superior over others and is failed to provide even the basic training to the new employees. I was hired by him from Smart Schools stating Monday would be the day off and he called upon Monday and asked to call people on Monday itself for the event as that was approaching . To this , i just send the screenshot on the group stating my offer letter which depicted Monday is an off. He removed me from the without stating any reason in an unprofessional manner. Another evident fact, he started to asked me to work 2 days prior from the date of joining as mentioned in the offer letter(am not having the call recording else would have attached this too.)
Note:
1) People like - "Bharat Bharati" from Smart School who want flatterers around them.
2) Do not get hired by these fraud people who boast and have ego in them.
3) Worst work culture ever.
4) Didn't even paid for 10 working days.
5) Unprofessionalism and want flatterers.
6) False promises
7) Fake offer letter

They havnt cleared my 3 months dues yet even after its been close to 2 years I have been following them.
Filling a police case against them now and infact they already have may police case filled aginst them.
If you are reading this then dont fall in Mukul”s fancy words.
This company is a scam.

They made promises but never fulfilled
I started my journey in #SmartSchoolEducationPvtLtd in March 2019, I was working hard even in lockdown to support my organization in spite of the fact that they were making unnecessary deductions and delays in salary in the name of a pandemic.
I resigned from this organization at the end of September 2020 and as they didn't pay my salary for the month of July and August 2020.
It's been close to a year now and They haven't paid my dues yet for the 3 months, in spite of the fact that I have sent them legal notices that too twice and they even haven't replied to it.
The CEO - Mr. Mukul Dhall even doesnt responds to the email and they don't have intentions to clear my dues as per my discussion with their so-called HR - Ms. Tripti Arora.
After seeing their intention I have no option left but to post it here. They have done this to many employees.
Kindly Help me get my dues otherwise such companies will keep on cheating the employees and stakeholders.
