I would like to suggest you, kindly gives the extra
corporate etiquette training to your staff with sevice training. Some staff very good and calm behave but some staff is very rude, clever, selfish mostly female staff...i am getting your service last 3 years but the new staff they have not any idea about customers relation, loyalty with the oldest customers.
There is 1 employee Mr. Sajid he is very nice person in all way..his service, his behaviour, his way of talking everything is amazing..but you hired a female senior ( she is working as a manager i think) she haven't any etiquette , no manners she didn't understand the customers situation.
Where is mention in your norms?- when customers getting smoothning service so they have to take hair cut within 4 day where is mention included services only for 4 days?....3500/- it's not a small amount for customers. When customers going there and ask the services then staff saying 3500/- is the price and there is 3 services( hair spa, wash & cut) gives to customers as a complementary.
Today i was gone there for my hair wash after smoothing. I don't know what was that?
Only wash my hair with shampoo after that he applied hair mass in small amount for 5 minutes and when i am asking about my hair spa she said that was your hair spa. Seriously we are fool?
It my humble request to kindly hire a mature person for manager profile who can understand the clients and build the trust of habib salon. Who are eligible for that profile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Package with a worthy staff. They'll always ensure that the customers are well satisfied or not. They give decent services in reasonable prices.
There owners and Staff's both are cooperative and well behaved. They'll not use any bad languages for u. They treat u with full conviction and they always give u great packages as well.
Go in weekdays so that u avoid too much rush. And if possible do call them for reserving, so that they provide u time according to that and your time would not be waste.

No head massage was given they just applied a cream & put on the steamer which actually didn’t even start making steam & the moment it started tada the steam is done. Unclean salon hair stands everywhere. They didn’t even use the disposable towels I wish I denied the spa. Out of all the ppl you would barely see ppl with mask. This place is strictly not recommended.
