★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I request every honda customer do never visit cotton green Honda service center.
I had worst experience.
I went there for my first post purchasing service.
There were some issues which i explained them in starting.
After 3 hours they asked me to pay bill amount, but i asked them to have test drive so that i could checked problems resolved or not.
But they deny for that and i had to pay amount.
As i started my scooty, i found problems still persistent as it was before.
I felt that they didn't do anything on scooty, they have just washed my scooty and gave me back.
So, i went again cotton green service center.
This time i kept tracking my scooty, i could not believe that they just washed my scooty and brought outside.
I couldn't believed that an authorised service centre can do this with their customers.
And when i told them these they started argument and even ready to fight.
I never visited cotton green service center again and even will never visit in future.
Sharing with everyone here so that you guys would not get cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service desk is polite. People working inside the center are improfessional and impolite, especially the washing dept.
Basically the procedure is common and simple. First you jave to take and appointment and visit the center. They will inspect the vehicle and provide you with the estimate and a small slip after you agree. After completion of service you have to handover that slip to helpdesk and they will provide you with the bill to complete the payment. I went without appointment and got my vehicle serviced. The lady at the helpdesk was very helpful.
