★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad after sale service. After buying a two wheeler, within 15 days there was some fault with the vehicle. Instead of promptly solving the issue, they redirected us to dealer or some other department (don't remember the name properly). After repeatedly calling them, they agreed to send tvs representative to our location but nobody showed up. Instead, there suggestion was to wait for 2-3 months for the first servicing to identify and get rid of the problem.

I am 2 years of regular customer of this ...
But still not satisfied....
There is no permanent garage for two wheeler....
Also no permanent customer lounge....
Bike washing also not satisfied....
Always they want charge for every work....
When there is free service then they will not do major work after complete of free service they will tell the major work of your vehicle only for parts sell and fiting charge...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to service your vehicle here but the place should b a little cleaner. I loved the fact that they sanitize u and ur vehicle as soon as u enter the place. The guard even checks your temperature. The people here are also very friendly. The place should b clean nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE most worst service centre ever I have seen.
THE services are not up to satisfying & unnecessary charges, along that very bad dealing with customers.
The centre itself in crisis so manipulative in many ways.
Petrols of customer's vehicles are used up by servicing boys& the advisory team too in the name of checking! Or gardage .
The spare parts are Duplicate & exchanged as well as misplaced by them too.
As per costing& unexpected charges the services are worst!
Bad behaviours too.
No respect towards elderly persons.Better to move with Honda centres services than TVS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collection of new vehicles is not available. They take advance and cannot keep their commitment. Overall scooter collection is good. Staff behaviour is good but I think it could be better if new bikes were available with proper service.
