I'm Gaina Subbaiah. I'm blessed with a beautiful daughter in May. My heart reaches out to Dr. Lavanya Kiran and Arpita Kadubi. The yoga sessions have helped me all throughout my pregnancy. The recorded sessions and the live sessions have been the reason for my good health, hypertension and diabetes control and a happy me. It's still helping me post delivery. Would recomend anytime... anywhere... anybody. ?

Yoga with kadubi yoga has been really good for my knee pain. With in a few sessions of the yoga classes, I have felt noticable change for better. The holistic approach by the yoga teacher - Ms.Arpitha is good and she gives time to make sure one gets his/her posture right along with describing the asanas and benifits of it. I highly appreciate the dedication??

I started doing yoga from 7th mth of pregnancy due to gestational diabetes. Arpita's all classes were very helpful in controlling my sugar level. And these classes have also encouraged me to continue Yoga even after post delivery to keep myself fit and healthy.

Bike riding, lifestyle issues and multiple accidents led to lower back issues for me at a very young age. When I was 28 years old, I woke up one morning to suddenly realize that I'm even unable to move. I had severe lower back pain and further diagnosis suggested that I had a disc collapse in my lumbar region. This means I shouldn't exert any sort of vertical pressure on my back for a very long period of time. I was bed ridden for 2 long months. After this, I slowly recovered, started to do my back exercises and following necessary protocols to keep my back safe. This means I had to be conscious about my movement 365 days, 24/7. I started feeling, that this is a permanent condition and I have to learn to live with it. I had heard about benefits of Yoga, but had not really given it a try yet, due to unavailability of time, work pressure, procrastination, etc. This is when I spoke to Arpitha (International Yoga instructor) and she suggested me to try the Merudhanda course on Kadubiholistic.com at the comfort of my house during my free time. She convinced me to make myself free for just 45 minutes to an hour every day. I enrolled for Merudhanda and decided to give it a try. The courses are well structured and I got to learn different things every day, which made it very interesting. I opted for personal trainers who monitored progress on a weekly basis and suggested improvements and corrections. I have now completed the course and I already feel so much better. I can confidently vouch for these courses because I have experienced this first hand. I no longer feel that, my back pain is a long term condition. I think I have found my remedy. There is a magic of healing here.

I have taken yoga classes from Arpita and have found it very helpful. She is very professional and committed. She has good knowledge of yoga and how it’s beneficial to maintain good health. She has tried to integrate yogic science with modern health system which is interesting. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in holistic approach to health.

I reached out to Arpitha Kadubi to practice yoga. She is a passionate yoga therapist and is hospitable. She offered me a course to loose weight and increase flexibility. The course is well structured and much of a thought and effort had been put to instruct the learners. I can feel the benefit of yoga with elevated energy levels and being refreshed, keeping me energetic all day long.

Kadubi Yoga is a great place for both beginners and advanced practitioners. I have been practicing yoga from some years and what attracted me to Kadubi Yoga was the methodology. Arpita has gone very detailed in explaining each posture and the common mistakes we generally make. It’s very helpful to ensure that we are doing it the right way even though the instructor is not in front of you. I’ve personally benefitted in getting my alignment right. Also, the pace of the asanas and the breathing are just right and never seeming rushed. Someone who is aspiring to learn authentic yoga in the right manner, I would certainly recommend them to Kadubi Yoga.
