I have attended SSY and AMC way back in 1999-2000 in Bagalkot. This is one of the best things i have ever done in my life. We learn not only about meditation and pranayama but learn how to live life happily.

A lot of issues need to be addressed which I will not mention. They are likely not to even admit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did sidda samadhi yoga when I was in 10 th standard. People were laughing ? because at that age everybody were enjoying watching TV. I am telling you this story which was in 1990’s, those where times TV watching was started especially color tv.
No one knew what is samadhi, yoga, pranayam.
Our pujay guruji Prabhakar was a gyani, within 15 days he taught us about yoga, pranayama, diet, fresh uncooked food eating habits etc
I after finishing my medical exams, after returning from UK, I realised the importance of SSY.
I totally didn’t follow it, only bits and pieces.
Now after 30 years I am realising the importance of pranayama and sativic food in this covid times.
SSY SIMPLY ROCKS. In this testing times, please follow me and our SSY PROGRAMS.
It requires social media sharing. I am going to restart the mission of guruji ??
