★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder what these people teach in their yoga classes when they don’t even have courtesy or patience of listening to people and helping them with their health issues. I had called to enquiry and the lady who spoke to me was very unfriendly. I told her that I would be down to their centre to enquiry as I had few health issues. But she just responded saying what else more I need to enquiry and if I have any health issues , I can visit in the month of November. This was totally upsetting and I just disconnected the call.So please don’t even think of going to such centres where they don’t even know how to talk to people and shockingly such people are teaching yoga!! My suggestion is not to go to this centre at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. They are very rude. When I told about my some health issues very rudely he refused to teach me.
The way he refused to teach me and asked me to leave the place, because of my health problem, was very much insulting. I have been referred by someone to learn correct way of yoga. But when I informed them about my health problem (which i felt necessary to tell them) which is not so severe, without asking me he refused. During my first visit I have been told that I can join the classes, and when I went today he behaved very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to learn authentic iyengar yoga.Arun sir and sri matha mam are very supportive. Arun sir is down to earth,he always ensures wit and laughter prevail in all the yoga session's without hampering learning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four months back I joined their ladies batch... I paid registration and went there almost two months.. having the eagerness to learn iyengar yoga. I joined there with lots of expectations. As a beginner, am disappointed with their class.. Not explaining Asana names,benefits and how to use props.. I used to watch how the others are doing ,what props are using etc. But prop may vary according to individual's body language. Arun sir used to correct the postures... Many students were there to attend the session... While he reach at my place ,the time allowed for that particular Asana may over.. couldn't enjoy the postures properly. For beginners , they should give individual attention for at least one month... And explain the benefits of doing that asanas. So I stopped going there. Most of the time communication also in Kannada... Like Bangalore,it's a multilingual city.. So English will be comfortable for everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best and traditional places to learn yoga Arun sir and his wife are phenomenal.. their classes are more than just postures or moving the body . Their alignment is on point and the feeling after the class cannot be describe .. it's more of a mind body connection .

It is verily a 'Prashaanta' abode- filling serious Iyengar Yoga Practitioners with bliss, energy and equanimity. Very very happy to be attending Arun Sir's and Shreemaata Ma'am's classes offline again???
