★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and worst management. The receptionist doesn't know how to write properly. No proper information about the test, so basically they will "harrase" you. I have faced height of harrasment. Else you opt for any reputed laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my worst experience in the diagnostic centre.
I had my urgent USG at 10 am. First the doctor was more than 1 hour late and later due to unavailability of xray reports he refused to do my USG,when I was in the state of utter pain. This actually shows incompetence and under confidence of the doctor. The doctor was rude and unprofessional. Cherry on the cake, the receptionists were so irresponsible that they didn't care to inform me before about the xray reports. During Puja time when there is crisis of doctors this disgusted and shameless unprofessionalism is not appreciated. The centre for its unethical treatment deserves not even a single star.
