★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 if I would have an option to give.I took treatment at the Kaya Goregaon East branch.The reception Staff is mannerless and rude.I was late for an appointment and I called up to ask if I can come ,they confirmed so I visited immediately but they kept me waiting deliberately first outside then took me in for treatment and kept me waiting in the room for almost 30 mins saying doctor will arrive but the patients who came after me were treated before me.We even heard the staff person Named Anita say in front of us "Let her keep waiting ,treat other patients" who came much later.It is pathetic behaviour to treat clients like that .We are investing our hard earned money in your clinic only to endup being treated like this.The Staff is not even trained to keep basic respect .Apart from that the products are also not available most of the times.They take you In for treatment and then say this product to apply is not available we'll do something else.What's the point of spending so much money such huge brand and having no proper products availability .Yesterday my treatment was done I had six sessions which doctor had recommended me.Even after sessions were over I was not even asked if I'm satisfied or not instead they asked me to get more sessions to solve my skin concern that too upon me saying that sessions are now over but they don't have product availability only and the way they behave ,what's the use of taking more sessions when they are always almost out of products and they don't even track your progress. Even the doctor didn't care to have a chat with me regarding the progress and what more can be done to better it .I never visited any other branches but definitely this branch I can guarantee is the worst branch kindly do not waste your money here.They are good to you only until you make payments after that they don't take interest whether the treatment is going well or not or how you are treated.Kaya is a good brand but this staff is literally spoiling their reputation .I hope they look into this matter and resolve these issues else they will keep loosing many other valuable customers like me.

Visited the Goregaon East clinic on Sunday , apparently they love displeasing clients , saw quite a few irate clients, they made me wait for 30 minutes without any explanation inspite of having a confirmed appointment ,therefore decided to walk off without even meeting the dermat.The only reason I even went to the clinic was bcoz I had a gift voucher to redeem which I decided , is better wasted than availing their services.There are a lot of good choices for skin clinics , please invest your hard earned money wisely.

I experienced her expertise and was very happy with the session. She clarified all my doubts and guided me very well through the process. Definitely must visit if you are looking for qualified skin & hair care specialists.
