★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I entered shop, sales girl was chatting with her friend outside the shop. After 5 min. she came inside shop and while eating chewing gum, she was reluctant to show cakes. Credit Card not option was NOT available. Off course, due to such behavior of sales girl and not having Card swipe machine, I dropped the idea to purchase cakes from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic attitude of the lady behind the counter. Mobile or whatever she was busy with seemed more important than customer queries. Was not ready to give a bill and included a query on why bill is required. The shop owner probably needs to spend more time in shop or train staff on customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked before buying a cake as is this a fresh one or not and she said yes it's a fresh piece.
So I bought a cake. In the bday celebration after cake cutting I tasted the cake and ? it's really pathetic......it's not a fresh cake.....how can they sell a stale food. How can one play with someone's health.......
If you are genuine seller just stop this and send me my money back as you have GPay no.

Both of them were Stale , taste was very bad , specially truffle chocolate pastery .
Other one was definitely 1-2 day old ..and had very sour taste ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Pathetic Service, even after informing about specific instructions they made the same mistake, which was informed to avoid. Had ordered for a offer cake of photo print. Told them specifically that to use bigger base to write the message, they still used the small base where there was no space to write any message. My father had an event where all his friends were celebrating their 45th Friendship anniversary, where cake is without the message.
Worst part is the boy at the counter is rude, don't even have basic sense to behave with elderly people. He misbehaved with my father as well as with me when I had a conversation with him on phone.
I had witnessed the same attitude of the person when I went to place my order, their was a lady who was asking him for a Dutch cake in heart shape, he had promised for the same and at the delivery time round cake was offered. and he replied very bluntly that either you take this of i will refund.
If owner is reading this expect a call from them .....

They refused to let me have their Gpay details over the phone and he had to come back empty handed...In which world are you ' Not allowed' to give payment details over the phone...Never going to a place which does not value customers

I had order customize cake and surprice cake box. I spend 1700rs on cake and box. Photocopies for box and expected cake photo that i have shared with them.
In cake photo is having ferrero rocher chocolate but they provide sugarsheet ball instead of ferrero rocher.
Surprise box is also not decorated it's just box having chocolate of 100rs. I am very dispointed with this.
Please don't go with kekies for customize cake and surprice box. It's very irritating and dispointed.
