★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is rightly said by Mr. Michael Leboeuf , " A satisfied customer is a best business strategy of all" . Had the same experience last evening when had been to the place. The employees were on toes to help us choose the best product. I purchased a watch for my Grandfather and it was really amazing. The best thing was that the employee who was helping us out was very keen and very hospitable, polite and caring. I was very happy with their helpful nature and hospitality.

Both have stopped working
Usually branded watches face this issue after some time maybe after 2 to 3 years later
I would suggest to think twice before purchasing watch from kwc
Very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased Seiko wall clock from kwc in october 2k19, now it stopped working and when I went in their basement the two ladies just denied any service initially, they thought I am fake as I didnt had bill of KWC, after that they say it will be Rs 2000 chargeble for the clock. I purchased the clock for something 1900 and these people said 2k for repairing. Also I requested for bill as I had misplaced it still they denied it. Finally I would like to tell Kwc please ask your staff to not judge any customer on whatever basis, these two ladies were really unprofessional.

Went with my 5 watches as they were not working. They checked and suggested battery replacement (hoping the battery to be original titan battery) for all the five watches for which I paid ₹800/-
After approximately a month and 10 days two of the watches stopped working (the second hand stopped working). So I went again at kwc with my bill and there they informed me that there is a machinery problem for which they were charging ₹975/- per watch. The issue here is why didn't they tell me earlier that there is a machinery problem and the battery replacement was not required. The staff was also so rude in explaining the problem and treated customers as if they owe them. Will never ever recommend anybody to go for KWC due to their inappropriate behavior and service.
