★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My tissot watch had a fall and certain digits got dislodged. As i was travelling to ahemdabad, i went to this store to get it repaired, yesterday. I thought it would be 30-40 min job for them to stick the digits back. But the store sales guy said it will take 2 days, on asking why?? He said because we always keep the watch for 2 days and "tabhi ka tabhi nahi hoga".( it cant be done on the spot)
I asked him if technician was available, he said no. I asked him to let me know when the technician is available, I didnt think this job needs two days and would get it done later, to which he replied " rakhna toh padega" ( you have to keep the watch) whenever you come.
His attitude was not correct and annoying so I left without keeping my watch. Today I got my watch repaired in 30 min at ahdbad tissot showroom.
Cannot trust these people with luxury watches even if they are from company... why did he need the watch for 2 days for a 30 min job ???
