★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not good for shopping watches?. At my first time I was there to get my 1 year-old original Titan watch to get a service as my watch was not working. They told me that my watch needs a battery replacement , they replaced my watch's battery in 3 days. After it my watch worked for 1 months, and again stopped . I gone there for 2nd time ?, and again they replaced my battery again . After it my watch again worked for 1 month , and stopped again . I gone there for 3rd time ?, this time they said me my watch needs a service , I handed my watch to them for servicing . After coming back from servicing my watch worked for 15 days and again stopped ? . After this I being thought to write about this shop as they are cheaters . (Note : this is a real incident happened to me , pls take my words into consideration and avoid this shop . And my watch ⌚️ is a premium Titan Racing series of : ₹4500 )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy watch from here. I had purchased a smart watch wanted to exchange. I visited the shop and they told me to come after 3 days as new stock would be coming and later when I visited after 3 days they denied exchanging the watch. Really bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 1 star just for some face saving done by the owner. Else I would have wanted Google to allow me to put a zero or negative rating.
My personal experience from April 2019 - I live in Pune, but had to take their service since I had get my watch repaired urgently before I travel back to Pune. Even after communicating my hard stop date, they hadn't even started repairing my watch. I even asked them to handover my watch without repair (after I had already delayed my travel plans due to their laxity), but the employee started getting over aggressive. It was only after the store owner intervened, that they got it repaired urgently and handed it over to me late at night.
Pro tip - if you go here to buy or repair anything, please have as much evidence with you, as possible, since the employees are all blatant liars.
