★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone for repairing a watch. You must reserve at least an hour to hand over your watch, get a receipt and come out. It would take at least an hour to collect it back from the time you enter the shop. You do not get a reminder from them once your watch is ready. None of the staff wear mask. I am not sure whether COVID protocols are followed. Shop is well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best stores of titan in Borivali West. Suraj one of the store representative was excellent. I purchased a new product, Fastrack vibes which is wayfarer poloraid shades. This is an awesome product, one can listen to music and answer calls and listen to navigations too. Also the shades are unisex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy Titan Pro smart watch from this store. Its 12,000₹. Store policy is that if there is any problem in your product they can replace in one month. My smart watch has problem, it cannot connect with my phone so first i call customer care and then go to store but they can’t help me they can’t slowed my problem & also they can’t replace my product so my 12000₹ Titan Pro smart watch is now only Kids watch its only show time I can’t get notifications on it. Store person & Customer Care not helped me to replace my watch or solved my problem.
