β β β β β Need more renovation. wall plaster was broken, bed was full of hair, washroom should be more clean. Receptionist were not professional. He was not able to find my booking when even I showed my booking voucher. He had given me Standard Sgl room wheather I had booked for Premium Executive Room. Later on When I asked then they changed my room. Food was good. I didn't get complimentary Breakfast as they serve till 0930hrs. And I was called them at 0935hrs. They dont care wheather their guests are having breakfast or not. Overall it was pathetic experience. I will not visit again.

β β β β β The rooms were very small; could hardly adjust as two person. The bathroom door doesn't open and gets stuck in the sink. The tap doesn't work and the person in-charge tells to shake the tap and do whatever non-sense. The room service is poor because the empty dishes were lying there for two days. 'Only choose this hotel if very necessary'.

β β β β β Hotel is on airport road and good connectivity to station. Bath room is very small. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Rooms are equipped with Tea Maker. Complementary breakfast is ok but can be improved. Maintaining restaurant. Staff is very polite and room service is ok. Over all value for money we paid.

β β β β β Perfect location. Well organised and well presented hotel. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Service was great, restaurant and bar at the street is always a great experience. A great place to stay and be safe and comfortable. Just can't beat the location though.Luxurious facility, spacious room and excellent services made my stay relaxed and enjoyable. Breakfast buffet has wide variety of dishes(continental,southindian,indian), so that consecutive stay won't be a problem.

β β β β β Kings Crwon Hotel Is Located at VIP Road near by Airport.This is one of the best Hotel in Kolkata which has all types of Amenities. I stay and feel like Homely an Environment. Staff are well Manner they dont except Tips service is awesome room was neat and clean bathroom was hygenic. It was awesome experience. I ordered food . Food is very yummy well warping in foil and good presentation. You will get veg and Nonveg food quality is awesome.Room interiors is feeling like energetic. Gyser is okay.I personally recomande to all of you if you come to kolkata kindly visit this place..

β β β β β I do like specifically the kind of hostility served to it's customers. One special thing I observed that, they serve own baked and hygenically packed snacks and biscuits. Just beside the VIP road easy access of transportation and parking bay.
