★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to give a huge personal thank you to Rohit Injal and Jaydeep Choudhary for helping me out with my purchase of my new CRETA. Both gentlemen were attentive and supportive of what I needed in a vehicle and guided me to the right one!!! My entire car purchase experience was very smooth and hassle free!!
These guys also helped me during my personal emergency even when we had known each other for less than a week. When my Father-In-Law was admitted in hospital and needed blood for treatment, these guys came and donated the blood after seeing my WhatsApp post which shows how good human being they are. I would definitely recommend Kothari Hyundai Aundh to everyone if you are planning to buy new car. All Kothari staff is best in service and very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales team (Mr Sandeep/Mr Kiran) gives false assurances before delivering the car. I was assured of certain voucher redeemable against accessories/service. Its been 3 and half months since delivery of the car, i have reminded them countless number of times of the pending voucher, they have always said -yes you will get in a day or two, but it remains undelivered. And the interesting thing is the sales exec was behind me to write a positive review before car delivery itself. I told him to wait and let me see the actual delivery experience based on which i will write a review. No wonder they have so many +ve reviews, false assurances and almost forcing customers to write it at/before delivery can achieve it.
I think i am being very generous by still giving 2 star rating.
The first experience at their service centre has been disappointing as well (bad handling of a 4 week old car during first servicing AND no problems that were highlighted were resolved). However this has been escalated and i was assured it will be taken care of by the person incharge at Service centre. I am sure they will look into the problem. If not, will update here.

He made sure all queries were resolved on time. The car delivery timeline was as per the commitment. Did very good arrangement for car delivery ceremony. The staff here made us feel like family.
