but if you take a deal package through apps... they treat you badly and spoil ur mood, as if we are awailing their services fòr free.. even the people at the reception and other staff people treat you so. we visit for a good service and pay you well for that. have used many salon services across india using apps but this is the only place where we have had a bad experience more than twice.
you should respect your customers i feel.

Waited more than an hour just for one haircut still can't get it done
Worst is that the staff keep saying just 2 more minutes for 1 hour and it never ends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst salon I have ever visited in my life. They have no knowledge about haircut. Recently I got my son's haircut done at Kratos which was really very bad. First of all the haircut we showed them they refused to make that then we told them to cut hair till eyes but they did it till mid forehead. Also after the haircut was done then they were telling that before coming for haircut shampoo the hair otherwise haircut will not happen nicely. If they knew this then they should have told us before cutting the hair. Please do not ever visit Kratos. The barber who sits under the tree does much better then Kratos.
