Good society but residential property

A good residential building in Govandi near Shatabdi hospital

Good Apartments but they haven't kept any visitor parking. In today's day and age that is a must.

I love this building.I have experienced a lot of things living here.I have been living here for about 9.5 years. The boys here love football and girls like throw ball(nowadays).

This is a residential complex easily accessed from.thr main road at Chembur. There is no parking inside the complex for outsiders..please note

I am a resident in Kukreja Residency for last 10 years. I bought a flat in 2009 in A wing. There are 3 wings A, B (least preferred because its sandwiched between A and C and lobby is smallest) and C wing. When we bought it had still many unoccupied flats and was a cosmopolitan Society with educated corporate type of residents. Finally residents got together and Housing Society was formed in February 2017 when builder kept procrastinating and was charging exhorbitantly high transfer fees. However the peace and unity of this lovely society I call home got disturbed due to the entry of some unscrupulous residents who became troublemakers. As a result conditions have deteriorated sharply in the Society. An administrator has taken over the affairs of the society. There is no Managing Committee. Various residents have filed legal cases against each other and everyone is disllusioned. Many want to leave. The swimming pool lies in a very poor condition and is not maintained. So also the small gym where most equipment is broken. The building is more than 13 years old and badly in need of fresh coat of paint which is for all to see. Major waterproofing work needs to be done. As a result many of the upper floors are facing leakage issues in the monsoons or due to cracks and open terraces. Once upon a time there was ample parking. However as more flats got sold and parking space got over (since builder had not planned parking for all flats), many haphazard areas started being allocated to parking. So its become congested. Once upon a time I used to love taking walks, now I am afraid to walk as cars may come from any direction. There is no play area for children, hence they are at risk too in the evenings when cars.come in although speed limits are specified (many dont follow) Residents have dumped debris.on staircases in many floors leading to fire safety hazards as also constructed illegal box grills. The.only saving grace is the location. There is security team who are doing a decent jib as well as cctv cameras. Clubhouse is one of the amenities which is in decent condition. The current manager and his staff are.competent and doing a decent job inspite.of the fact that there.is no.managing committee. However major decisions are.pending. Society is yet to get conveyance. Painting, Maintenance, waterproofing all are long due. Everyone is waiting for elections but noone has any idea when it will happen. Also to add I saw.many of the favourable reviews and was surprised. Then I saw that mostly none of them are actual residents! Perhaps they are brokers affiliated to the Builder so beware and do your own thorough research

I have lived in Kukreja Recidency for about 10.5 years, and have no doubts about it today! This society is an amazing place to live! There is an abundance of friendly people everywhere! The security is amazing and even the friendly children playing downstairs sometimes in the behind of the society or in the pool when it is empty fills hearts with joy! Also, this society promotes and does waste segregation and composting, and has a lot of plants and trees. This explains the classy and clean environment to live in. Overall, this is a great environment to live in. I hope you find this review helpful!!

Its spacious n great ambience residential complex,y you can visit with prior appointments,no multiple website,with dividers on road entrance n wheel chair assessment n washrooms n other public utility services offered with all sanitized n mask compulsory,thnx viewers that's all for now,good bye have nice time still next review.
