★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kumaraswamy layout BSNL service is the worst. They don't attend to customers. It's been 5 days since I've raised a complaint and the issue hasn't resolved yet. The phone line is cross connecting and I'm receiving unknown calls. IT'S REALLY ANNOYING.
And talking about bsnl internet it's the worst. The internet speed doesn't cross 1mbps speed.
I'm not sure if they reconfigure the speed limit from their end.
Every time I raise a complaint for internet, it works fine for a day or two and then back to square one.
Stop fooling customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most irresponsible staff. Our office phone is not working for the past three months. Nobody bothers to attend; but bill is coming for non working landline and also follow up is meticulously done for payment. Probably the staff are indirectly helping the private operators.
