★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living here as a tenant from past 3 years . The location is one of the best possible placements one can wish for. The balcony has a brilliant view of the highway. Evening sunset is a sight to behold. Other amenities include a swimming pool, gym and community hall which is occasionally used for mini celebrations like birthdays, wedding parties etc.

Near LMD chowk Bavdhan. It's one the well maintained project. Approximate 6 to 7 year old and has got all the amenities. I liked their D building its only 5 storied with 2 flats of 3bhk on each floor. Spacious, well planned, ample of sun light and vantilation with big windows. Building has got 24*7 water and security. Recommend this project if anyone willing to purchase for self use. Easily accessible, market is close by, connectivity to hinjewadi/ Mumbai or towards city is v convenient, close by school and public amenities makes it even better.
