★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a bad experience at Lakme salon patliputra on my special day. After my engagement makeup done by simran mam I was very sure about my bridal makeup that I booked my slot without a second thought. Unfortunately, I got only disappointment. My face was over shining because of excess highlighter applied by Nisha mam. Though it somehow manageable but I had also booked for party makeup for four of my sisters and all of them were looking so horrible. Also, behaviour of staffs was not good with them. I would also like to add that they charge huge amount on the name of bridal expert but nobody knows if they are bridal expert or makeup artist because I didn't find any difference in makeup.

You'll get full service satisfaction here with very polite and friendly staff. Price is high but honestly it is worth it.
Clean and beautiful ambience disinfected thoroughly. Totally safe with the ongoing pandemic!
You can earn points which later provide discount on bill.
Professional work at every bit. After a week of the service you will get happier and happier with their service ?
Customer and service satisfaction 200%. I had eyebrows and haircut and i always admire their perfection whenever i see mirror!

All the staff members were following the COVID protocol that's very impressive and they are maintaining a proper hygiene which is very required right now and the last thing I want to share that since I am having my make-up over there so what I have seen that their staffs have always sanitise their hands so that we cannot inflected, for this I will definitely give you a big thumbs up? and recommending to all the customer to get a service from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the salon for wedding makeup, totally worth it. A big thanks to Nisha for her splendid job. We’re from a different city and took a big risk but it was worth taking it. Truly very very thankful to each and every staff member at the salon. We have got other services like Pre-bridal, haircut, party makeup, it was a great experience. They’re really cooperative and friendly. Definitely a must visit, very much recommended. Thanks again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience with Simran was really fab.. 1st and most important thing she reached on time..she had clarification about the time she is gonna need for makeup and she told me that beforehand so i kept that much time for makeup. She did really great makeup. Not over not under. She completed makeup in time..?and that too so flawless. I really loved her makeup, it was very subtle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salon was very clean. All the staffs were very cooperative and friendly. I had an appointment for makeup for my wedding and reception. Simran❤️ was my makeup artist and she did a great job on both the occasions.All of them were very polite as well. You won't have to wait for anything as all the staffs coordinate their work with each other.
