★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hv been there for hair straightening 4 years back also...the results were satisfactory then.but it seems with time their quality n service has degraded.they just manage to loot people in the name of their once gained reputation.this time my experience was horrible...following straightening of my hair,the curls have reappeared within 10 days..despite of taking all precautions...even after paying such huge amounts....at the end of the day,this is wat quality of service u get!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been there when it was newly open, somewhere in 2013. Thereafter whenever I come Patna, I used to get the salon service from here only. Right from facial to hair cut/straightening I was extremely satisfied and I never saw the same glow in my face or the same satisfying hair in any parlour of Delhi NCR. My cousins who stay in Patna became the regular customer due to me. And thereafter just within few more months they told me how all the staff has changed and how pathetic their service is. Today after reading this Google reviews am shocked how come such a tremendous service turned into such a disaster.
