★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice beauty parlour with extra care on client. I found that it takes hair care and customer service to a whole new level. Ms Poonam (Head of beautician) focus was totally on my wife. The atmosphere is contemporary and comfortable. My wife's entire experience was good, I only wish I had discovered this parlour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff...I visited this parlour today for engagement makeup and had a prebooking for 9:30 . The makeup artist came at 12 when she had promised to come earlier. I was supposed to get premium HD makeup which uses best quality products like mac. However the use some basic products and my foundation and lispstick started cracking as soon as I stepped out of the parlour. Very rude behaviour of the makeup professional. I was deeply unsatisfied and disappointed after paying 7500.

Specially the experience of Mrs. Poonam for air brush makeup is excellent and the all staff members are also very friendly and experienced. My sister is fully satisfied with the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged 150 rupees for eyebrow upper lip and forehead.
It was so much painful, with one minor cut and also they make my eyebrows super thin. Parlour always smells worst , you will find hairs all around the floor, customer service is not good. Never switch on their ac , i don't know why they cost so much ?
