★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst salon anyone can ever experience. They don't value other's time. Will give peiority to people who they're friends with. Once i sat there for half an hour and they sent someone else for styling cuz he was a friend. Besides that the staff are impolite and their own staffs were fighting with the owner infront of their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular client since the salon opened 5 years back. All my hair concerns are addressed by Mr Lalit. He is a thorough professional and very good at hair spas and smoothening. Ms Kanchan and Ms Sashmita are very good with facials, waxing and saree draping. I am always greeted courteously at the reception. My best place to relax and look my best .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.. i gone for a haircut but the stylist is not interested in giving any idea , what's the benifit to going to a hairstylist when you don't have idea how and what style to give a client according to her face shape and hair type. He only focused on shorting my hair . I told that I need shoulder length cut so atleast I can make a pony during my office hour. But he cut my hair very short and I m unable to told my husband and family members that what cut I have done. It didn't looks like any hair cut. It looks like only scissors are being run on my hairs.
Pathetic service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start with, all the staffs are super talented that they wont hear out your words.
For beard trim they dont have any idea of styling, only thing they know is trim equally over all sides and name it some beard styling and same goes with haircut (Good that I didn't go for colouring or haircut)
For kertaine price is 3000 which is okay but shampoo cost is 1000( not even in tier-1 cities ) they do it as part of treatment.
Overall a normal salon don't expect much from them, have your own knowledge before you visit.
