★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I had visited vlcc salon.They have not price list of their service,and after service they charge hidden extra extra... charge so much.They use to demoralise their client to take their service forcefully.They use to say mam ur tummy was so bulky u have to take session of highest price etc .... very disappointing.I never suggest to anyone to visit in vlcc salaon. Without any doubt go to eye Turner buz the price list is at the salon and there is no hidden charge like vlcc. Vlcc is worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, they don't even deserve a single star.. but the single star was for the person (staff) who did my hair thing. He did quite great job on his behalf. But the looting business the staffs at reception do to earn money is sick.
Coming to the experience, I have been to this salon before twice, this was my third time I was visiting for hair coloring with highlights. I booked online from website this hair global with highlights thing for my hair.. till that time I had never experimented any sort of coloring in my hair.. was confused about what is balayage and global.. i got it clear from one the receptionist/ or the staff you may say, she told to go for balayage with streaks , and it will cost 9k around.. (i checked it online price was difference to what she was saying) she told ya it will vary.. i went for that coloring. Till the end, I was knowing i got balayage with streaks, but there was no streaks in my hair.. i believed it might look like this only.
At payment counter when I asked for bill she said bill will come on phone. I was suspicious cause i could not see the hightlighted hair even the next day?. The next day i went to the salon and asked for bill, while generating bill she said , "mam you had global done on hair so bill will be of global"
I was like no you only said the other day that go for balayage and so I thought I paid for that.. and for global price was around 8k.. I asked her even, I didn't get the highlights done.
She was rigid on her words , that bill that she will generate will be of another thing.
Hearing the chaos, another lady from the chamber came.. and heard the whole thing.. she was like okay mam streaks will done but you had to pay extra charge for it .. i didn't understand, till that time, what was going.. this whole scenario a made me hell confused and was irritated.
That time I was like, this will be the last time I will be visiting this place. And make sure, everyone who come to visit this branch be aware of the dishonest practice they are doing.. for money sake..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally I found the page to review this salon. I went to VLCC for my bridal makeup. While booking for it, they never let you know their hidden costs that you will be charged if you get late unintentionally. I was 2 hours late and had informed them already about it still they asked for Rs. 3500/- as late coming charges (1500/hour + taxes) which I was totally oblivious of. Can you imagine. 1500/hour. All this happened after taking their services worth Rs. 20000 After lots of arguing and explanations, I ultimately had to pay the amount. What sort of management you guys are having who cannot even understand the situation of their clients. I was so disheartened. Would never recommend anyone.
