★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service for all eye care needs. Eye testing is done. They have their own app. Golden club membership is on where one gets discounts on various products. Situated on first floor. Parking on the road. Wheelchair access is not there. Covid19 protocol followed strictly. Temperature is checked and using Sanitisers is a must. Every one should wear masks. Credit card payment accepted including NCP payments. Plenty of offers given which is communicated to the customers.

The Manager guy named Sachin had very bad attitude, we could see about his actions and the way he treated me..
I was visited 4days back purchased eyeglass n sunglasses
and then some reason to exchange sunglasses I went again today on 01.10.21
Initially I was refused to exchange the product and then again I was considered to exchange with the price which was mentioned as last invoice price brack up.
So I decided to take one more eye glass as fresh order as I was a Gold member I can get one plus one offer so then the story has started by irritating their faces and the action against me they do..I quit......neverrrrrr visit again.....

There is an executive women Savithri who helped me to finalize the frame and lens and answered all my queries with more patience. She helped me to get the Gold membership for better discounts. Overall amazing experience and I strongly recommend anyone can visit this branch with out second thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been there 6 months back when they had buy one and get one total bill came upto 5.7k, which made me to step back from buying. Had been recently looking at 50% discount.
Discount board was kept on the frames which were good but the discounts were on average looking SELECTED frames. This information was given to us after spending almost 2 hours and while billing.
A BIG NO TO LENSKART!!!!
