β β β β β I interacted with Lavesh Ji while taking a housing loan from LIC..it was a wonderful experience and Lavesh Ji was available 24/7 to attend any queries and we still interact with each other if i have any doubts and in the process we have become very good friends.
It was a very smooth and peaceful experience I never felt that I was dealing with a stranger. lavesh Ji is very humble, co-operative, friendly and very helpful person. Do interact with him if you are dealing with LIC for home loans.

β β β β β Try closing your LICHFL loan and see the response.. Be ready for all kind of harassment. There is no centralized customer care number and if you try calling or emailing any of the Head quarter or Regional office or Area office number.. no one will respond. Initially they will offer low interest rate but once the loan starts they will immediately increase the interest rate. Beware of fake reviews..

β β β β β Worst and poor service - No one will pick your call and answer your queries properly. LICHF will give you good interest rate at the time of loan disposal and once but they will never reduce your interest rate when RBI reduces interest rate. When you ask for changing the same and they will ask you to pay the switching charges everytime if it can be reduced further.

β β β β β People are having bad mindset about LIC Housing finance. They are really very good in service and cheapest interest rate.
I have met with Santosh Yamgar and he provide me the top up loan approval within 12 days.
He is very active and help to resolve all my queries immediately. He even helps me to make repayment very effectively.

β β β β β I am trying to close my home loan from LICHFL. they are not responding to call or even to email. I had asked for my list of documents which is hold by LICHFL. but they didn't respond even after 18 days. lets see how many days they will take. yup and its true that they will offer low interest rate but once the loan starts they will immediately increase the interest rate. Even if RBI reduced the interest rate LICHFL didn't reduced their interest rate.

β β β β β Service and behavior of employees with customers is very bad specially the ladies employees. They only say one thing come after 10 days every time. Because its public sector they don't care about there's job.
